“I’m not really one for writing reviews even when I’ve had really good experiences, but I feel like bendy Kate really deserves this because on god this woman knows her stuff. When I recommend her I call her the miracle worker and I really mean that, I experienced a really bad back injury (slipped disc from lifting furniture) soon after my massage from Kate it was instant relief I felt free from back pain and wanted to do all the things that I felt restricted from before (even if she did insist I take it easy 😋 you can even have cupping therapy or acupuncture after your massage. She explains in every detail what parts of my body or nerve’s is affecting me pain wise and even gave me some exercise’s to help with recovery, if your experiencing any pain or sports injury don’t walk, run to get booked in with her because you won’t regret it. Can’t wait for my next one soon, thank you Kate..”

“I am really pleased I decided to go for it with this appointment! I am a pole teacher in my second trimester of my second pregnancy. After an initial chat about where I was in the pregnancy and how I’ve been feeling, Bendy watched me complete my usual warm up exercises and discussed possible modifications with me. She then looked at me on the pole to check for doming and to monitor my muscle engagement during some fundamentals. I had been concerned that shoulder mounts weren’t feeling good and she immediately spotted and showed me that I was indeed doming during these and that they needed to come off the pole menu during this pregnancy – this was exactly what I needed. Knowing that I’ve also been experiencing some sciatica, Bendy then did some trigger point work on the relevant areas and we finished up by looking at some exercises for me to go away with. I will definitely be going back for another appointment should I experience any further symptoms or have any specific concerns with my poling during this pregnancy and no doubt I will see her when postpartum when returning to pole too. Thanks so much!”
